Job Summary:
We are looking for a professional and friendly Receptionist who can manage front-desk operations while providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate must be fluent in both French and English, with strong communication and organizational skills.---Key Responsibilities:
•Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff professionally•Answer phone calls and emails in both French and English•Manage appointments, schedules, and meeting room bookings•Maintain reception area cleanliness and organization•Handle inquiries and direct them to the appropriate department•Receive and distribute mail/packages•Support administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and documentation•Provide general information about the company to clients and visitors---Requirements:•Fluent in French and English (spoken and written)•High school diploma or equivalent (higher education is a plus)•Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar customer-service role•Strong communication and interpersonal skills•Professional appearance and positive attitude•Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision•Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, scheduling tools)---
